The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was centrally located, with restaurants, bars, and shops close by. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the local attractions. the front desk staff were amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their customer service was top-notch and made us feel welcomed and valued.
That the air conditioner in our first room was quite noisy. However, the staff quickly accommodated us and moved us to a different room, which was much better.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to the Fall Fair and other attractions. the rooms, although a bit stuffy, are kept clean by the diligent housekeeping staff. the friendly front desk clerk is very helpful and accommodating.
The restaurant experience at Bucksnorts was absolutely terrible, with a raw piece of chicken fat found in the salad.
